Čech, Petr ; Brožek,, Miroslav (referee) ; Dvořák, Jiří (advisor)
The principal aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is to carry out the research in the KAROSEIA Inc.to find out if the present situation of the company demands introducing the crisis management. Although it is not easy to determinate the results and suggest the optimum solution of the problems, the thesis will be focused on it. The results could contribute to KAROSERIA Inc. Very much and could help in the following progress.

The influence of the health compensation program on postural stability and other selected aspects in persons with unilateral transfemoral amputation
Mádlová, Zdenka ; Vařeková, Jitka (advisor) ; Hošková, Blanka (referee)
Title: The influence of medically focused compensating program on postural stability and other selected aspects on patients with unilateral transfemoral amputation. Objectives: Goal of this research was to find out if medically focused compensating program would have any influence on postural stability of unilateral, transfemoral amputees. As next objective, it was studied if any intervention would have any significant influence on changes in shape or physiology of the foot or if there would be any anomalies in tests of the functions of the leg muscles. Methods: Research group consisted of four participants (3 men and 1 woman by the mean age of 44,5 years). Participants undergone intervention in the form of medically focused compensation program, which went on for 8 weeks. Before the start of the program as well as after the end of the program the objective measuring tests were conducted. These tests consisted of measuring the postural stability of the participants and shape of the foot with FootScan device (RSscan International). Furthermore, the functioning of the muscles was determined by tests that focus on function and physiology of the leg muscles. Last but not least, survey was conducted as well to provide further information. All the data collected were processed by tables or graphs using...
Postural stability of near-sighted people
Palivcová, Lenka ; Zahálka, František (advisor) ; Nováková, Tereza (referee)
Title: Postural stability of near-sighted people Objectives: To analyse relationships between selected parameters of postural stability and impaired visual acuity (myopia), which is revised by optimal visual correction, by diffusing glasses or by contact lenses. Methods: Investigations of stabilizing capabilities of erected posture in its various modifications. An objective measuring was performed by stabilometric platform type Footscan. The experiment involved twelve people with myopia of -3 to -6D visual acuity of an average age of 23 ± 4 years. Myopat group of bipedal standing position were tested with open eyes with vision correction, afterwards with eyes closed, then without any vision correction. The last measured positions were performed on one lower limb with visual correction and then without it. Total number of measured positions were ten upright positions, each of which was measured with 30 second interval. Results: A total travelled way of centre of pressure was determined as a parameter of postural stability evaluating. Positions on one lower limb clearly put the highest demands for stabilizing upright positions. The only aggravation of conditions stabilizing this position should be to eliminate vision correction, which was confirmed in 8 probands from a total of 12. Under a bipedal...
Position and role of the Czech Senate twenty years after its creation
Rameš, Jan ; Perottino, Michel (advisor) ; Brunclík, Miloš (referee)
This thesis is dealing with the problematic position of the upper house of the czech Parliament. In this thesis author is operating as with primary literature (i.e. laws and historic constitutional documents) in analysis historical moments of the czech parliamentarism, so with direct observation of the members of the Senate (in 11th term). Author was focusing himself on direct observations of the senate committees and plenary session of the Senate. With great help of the Senate's staff and senator Jaromír Jermář, all the members of the Senate was addressed with author's request to participate in research. Results of this research are basic cornerstone in order to answer the questions in the introduction about the sense and the role of the upper house of the czech Parliament. First chapter represents an introduction, where are the most important sources, metodology, questions entitled and this problematic is basically explained. Second chapter is aiming on the theoretical concept of the bicameral parliaments. Third chapter is profoundly analysing the historical experience of the Czech state with the second chambre parliament. Fourth chapter is, finally, analysing the representational, constitutional and legislative-controlling functions of the Senate toward the executive. Fifth chapter is...
